名店ピン（以下「本アプリ」）は、「食べログ 百名店」掲載店を地図上で探すための無料・非公式ファンツールです。本アプリは、食べログ、株式会社カカクコム、食べログ 百名店とは提携していません。
開発者によるデータ収集
本アプリの開発者は、ユーザーの個人情報、位置情報、検索履歴、閲覧履歴、行きたい・訪問済みの保存状態を収集、保存、販売、共有しません。開発者が運用するサーバーへこれらの情報を送信する機能はありません。
端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、行きたい、訪問済み、設定などの状態をユーザーの端末内に保存します。これらの情報はアプリの機能提供のために使われ、開発者へ送信されません。
位置情報
本アプリは、現在地周辺の店舗表示や距離表示のために、ユーザーが許可した場合のみ位置情報を使用します。位置情報は端末内で処理され、開発者のサーバーへ送信または保存されません。
天気表示をオンにした場合、本アプリは地図の基準点付近の座標をApple Weatherへ送信し、現在の天気を取得します。開発者はこの座標情報を収集または保存しません。
Apple Maps / MapKit と外部リンク
本アプリは地図表示にApple Maps / MapKitを使用します。また、ユーザー操作によりApple Maps、Google Maps、店舗関連ページなどの外部サービスを開く場合があります。外部サービスの利用には、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
分析、広告、トラッキング
本アプリは広告SDK、第三者トラッキングSDK、開発者向け分析SDKを使用しません。アプリ内の利用行動を広告目的で追跡しません。

MeitenPin is a free, unofficial fan tool for finding restaurants featured in Tabelog's Hyakumeiten selections on a map. This app is not affiliated with Tabelog, Kakaku.com, or the Tabelog Hyakumeiten program.
Data Collected by the Developer
The developer of this app does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information, location data, search history, browsing history, or saved Want to Go / Visited status. The app does not send this information to servers operated by the developer.
Data Stored on Your Device
The app stores states such as Want to Go, Visited, and settings on your device. This information is used to provide app features and is not sent to the developer.
Location Data
The app uses location data only when you grant permission, such as to show nearby restaurants or distance information. Location data is processed on your device and is not sent to or stored on the developer's servers.
If you turn on the weather display, the app sends a coordinate near the map reference point to Apple Weather to fetch current weather. The developer does not collect or store this coordinate information.
Apple Maps / MapKit and External Links
The app uses Apple Maps / MapKit for map display. The app may also open external services such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, or restaurant-related pages when you choose to do so. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The app does not use advertising SDKs, third-party tracking SDKs, or developer analytics SDKs. It does not track your in-app activity for advertising purposes.
